Multiple 5Rhythms sessions are offered daily, following the red thread of the rhythms Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Explore a variety of options, like morning sessions, waves & heartbeat classes, evening melt downs, special waves and outdoor dancing, guaranteeing a diverse and enriching adventure.
Credits for 5rhythmen teacher training:
